The King Has Already Come (update)

On this last day of the liturgical season of Christmas octave (ahem, Christmas season extends to Baptism of the Lord. Concern about my mom has me forgetting things I know.),  I’d have like to have posted something earlier.   Then I realized the Madonna House Restoration piece posted online is both topical to Christmas and applicable every day of the year.  The King Has Already Come speaks of the daily need for humility.  In a sense, it looks ahead to next Sunday’s reading and John the Baptist’s saying, “I must decrease, He must increase.”  (paraphrased because I didn’t look it up)
